Mugs are one of the most loved and most frequently used items in a potter’s lineup. In this class, Jessica will guide students in exploring crucial aspects like form, handles, surface, and balance in design, to find your perfect functional mug.
We'll consider what makes a good mug, and work toward zeroing in on your personal style, whether it's dainty or rugged. Through sketching and experimentation, you'll ensure each piece is more than just a vessel, but a harmonious blend of form and function.
